What You'll Be Doing:
As our Office Coordinator, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facility Management: Overseeing office maintenance, repairs, and ensuring a pristine workspace.
- Inventory Control: Managing office supplies and equipment to optimize efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
- Event Planning: Coordinating company events and initiatives, from team-building exercises to charity drives.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the office budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- HR Support: Assisting with HR tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- With 2 sites you'll Travel Between Two Locations (Skelmersdale & Leyland) majority of your time will be spent in Leyland.
What We're Looking For:
