In 2000, Mark Radcliffe, our CEO and founder saw an opportunity to transform the traditional bathroom market. From the humble beginnings of a garden shed, Victorian Plumbing was created to help Britons turn pipe dreams into dream pipes!
What next....
In the mid-2000s, we unveiled our flagship product range. It was the start of what is now a flourishing brand portfolio, boasting over 25 esteemed names. From the traditional Chatsworth to the contemporary Arezzo, our suite of offerings caters to every customer.
On the move....
In 2004, we created a brand new head office in Formby, Merseyside, cementing our base in the North-West.
Building...
In 2009, we unveiled our showroom in Formby. This space allowed us to showcase our top products to customers and forge a porcelain bond with our suppliers by putting their ranges on display.
A New Era in Deliveries: Introducing Our Bathroom Dispatch Hub
In 2013, we unveiled our brand new Dispatch Centre in Skelmersdale, Lancashire. This allowed us to significantly expand our product range, but it also allowed for a more streamlined supply chain. Let's just say, it was a watershed moment (pun intended) that truly unclogged the pipes of our logistics!

A strategic flush of investment in TV ad creative and brand-focused marketing saw Victorian Plumbing experience a subsequent surge in growth.
Stop the PRESS
In 2016, we received a nomination for The Sunday Times Fast Track 100, recognising us as a leader among Britain's booming businesses. This accolade came at the same time as surpassing the milestone of one million satisfied customers in 2017.
A New Home
In 2020 , we proudly unveiled our new headquarters in Skelmersdale. By 2021, We not only achieved our first three million unique orders, but were also bestowed the honour of being included in The Sunday Times Profit Track 100.
London Stock Exchange
Victorian Plumbing made a record breaking splash on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market (AIM). In June 2021 we entered the market with the largest IPO it had ever seen at that point!
Still Growing....
In 2022 Victorian Plumbing emerged as the UK’s largest bathroom retailer (via Mintel) and also amassed over 175,000 reviews on Trustpilot. A testament to our expanding customer service team.
