If you are into interior design that is a bonus!
Role Duties
You'll be the driving force behind creating engaging, high-quality content that supports our marketing objectives for awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Content Production
- During external product shoots, create photography and video content for social media and lifestyle channels that showcases the products in real-life contexts, using models, influencers, staff, or yourself as required.
- Occasionally organise and execute independent shoots, including photography and video, sourcing talent, arranging locations, and creating UGC-style content for social media.
- Organise models or influencers for shoots when available, including scheduling, briefing, and coordinating to ensure smooth execution.
- Produce a variety of content formats (short-form video, reels, lifestyle photography, behind-the-scenes footage) tailored to different channels.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage and organise digital assets to ensure content is easily accessible and reusable.
Copywriting & Written Content
- Write engaging and on-brand copy for social posts, product stories, articles, and buying/style guides, following direction from the SEO team to optimise for search.
- Ensure all written content maintains the company’s tone of voice and messaging, keeping it consistent across channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager to align written content with campaigns and social media strategy.
Social Media Support
- Support the Marketing Executive by posting and scheduling content across social media platforms, ensuring all posts reflect the company’s tone of voice.
- Provide creative input and suggestions for social campaigns, trends, and user-generated content initiatives.
- Support engagement monitoring when required, flagging key interactions to the Marketing Executive.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, SEO team, and Graphic Designers to ensure content assets meet campaign requirements.
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in photography, videography, editing, and digital content.
- Suggest new creative approaches or techniques to improve engagement and content performance.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience in both photography and video creation, including shooting and post-production editing.
- Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar industry-standard software.
- Strong, demonstrable copywriting skills for different digital formats (social, product, articles/guides) with the ability to maintain the company’s tone of voice across all written and social content.
- Comfortable creating lifestyle/social content with models, influencers, staff, or themselves in real-world contexts, including on-camera scenarios.
- Confident in sourcing, briefing, and coordinating models and influencers for shoots.
- Experience in planning and executing independent shoots, including UGC-style photography and video content.
- A fantastic creative eye for design, powerful storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, shoots, and deadlines.
