We are looking for a Showroom Manager who is ready to take the plunge and lead our fantastic Formby team. If you’re a natural leader with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for top-tier customer service, you’ll fit right in. We aren't about high-pressure sales tactics; we’re about flowing with the customer’s needs and ensuring their experience is nothing short of sparkling.

What’s the Role?

As our Showroom Manager, you’ll be the captain of the ship. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Leading the Stream: Managing and motivating a small, friendly team to ensure they’re reaching their targets and providing expert advice.

• The Perfect Finish: Ensuring the showroom looks immaculate—from our luxury suites to our designer radiators—so customers can truly envision their dream space.

• Smooth Operations: Overseeing our ‘Collect From Store’ service, coordinating with our dispatch warehouse, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile (and the right parcel!).

• Customer Excellence: Diving deep into product knowledge to help customers navigate their purchases quickly and effectively.

• A Sparkling Personality: You’re upbeat, professional, and pride yourself on being the helpful face of Victorian Plumbing.

• Attention to Detail: You can spot a smudge on a chrome tap from across the room and ensure every transaction is handled quickly and effectively.
