At Victorian Plumbing, we’ve already conquered the UK’s bathroom market, and with the relaunch of the iconic MFI, we’re now setting our sights on the rest of the home. But as our product range grows, we’re finding that traditional photography simply can’t keep up with our flow.

We are looking for a AI Visual Content Specialist to join our award-winning Marketing team. This isn't just about "dipping your toe" into AI; we want someone to dive into the deep end and completely overhaul how we create visual content.

The Role: No more "Basin" instincts

Forget the limitations of a physical studio. In this role, you will own the entire end-to-end AI creative pipeline. You will be responsible for creating hyper-realistic, aspirational room sets that look so good, our customers will want to jump right in.

Working closely with our CMO and product teams, you will:

• Revolutionise our visual strategy: You will move us beyond the camera lens, building a scalable, AI-first workflow for both Victorian Plumbing and MFI.

• Master the Tech: You will be our resident expert in Gemini (Nano Banana), Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX, using them to build "on-brand" environments.

• Precision Engineering: You will use LoRAs and advanced prompting to ensure our products are rendered with 100% accuracy—because in our world, every millimetre matters.

• Bridge the Gap: You will blend AI magic with traditional Photoshop polish to ensure every image meets our premium brand standards.

We aren’t looking for someone who just follows the current; we want a Ground Breaker. Whether you’re a seasoned workflow specialist or a "bedroom explorer" who has mastered the art of the prompt, we want to hear from you.

You will be a great match if:

• You have a "photographic eye" for lighting, composition, and interior styling (you know your Scandi-chic from your Traditional Heritage).

• You are a GenAI Wizard with proven experience in tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Adobe Firefly.

• You are a Photoshop Pro who can retouch and composite AI elements until they are seamless.

• You have Technical Curiosity—you’re the type of person who stays up late testing new models just to see what they can do.

• You have a Commercial Mindset—you understand that beautiful imagery is the key to high-converting e-commerce.
