The "Master Plan" (The Role)

You aren't just part of the furniture; you’re the one making sure every piece of the puzzle fits together. You’ll oversee the entire warehouse lifecycle—from the moment goods arrive at the bay to the second they’re shipped out to a happy customer.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the Crew: Motivate and develop your team, ensuring everyone is "on the same page" (and shelf!).

• Operational Excellence: Oversee receiving, picking, and packing to ensure we’re hitting targets and exceeding expectations.

• Safety : Enforce top-tier Health & Safety standards—because a safe warehouse is a happy home for our stock.

• Problem Solver: Spot bottlenecks before they happen and implement clever solutions (and new SOPs) to keep things moving.

• Tech Savvy: Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MS Office to keep inventory in tip-top shape.

Do You Have the Right "Finish"?

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just "handle" pressure—they thrive on it.

What you’ll bring to the warehouse floor:

• Experience: At least 2 years in a warehouse environment (leadership experience is the "gloss on the cabinet").

• People Skills: The ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team to reach their full potential.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy—nothing gets past you!

• Organisation: The ability to prioritise tasks when things get busy.
