Having successfully established our state-of-the-art facility over the last two years, we are scaling up our day operations. In this critical role, you will be the showerhead of our Day Operations, ensuring a smooth, consistent flow from receiving to dispatch. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped with the precision of a perfectly balanced bath.

Your Duties: Keeping Operations Polished

• Lead the Team: You'll be the master of motivation, inspiring your team to achieve peak performance – no clogged drains here! You'll foster a positive and collaborative team spirit, acting as a true Communication Champion.

• Operational Excellence: From receiving new stock to dispatching dreamy bathroom suites, you'll oversee all aspects of the warehouse with the efficiency of a power shower. This includes ensuring optimal use of our space, making sure every towel rail and tap is accounted for.

• Safety First: You'll be the guardian of a safe and secure working environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. We believe in keeping our workplace as secure as a fully installed shower enclosure.

• Problem-Solving Prowess: Got a logistical jam? You'll be the unblocking superhero, devising quick and effective solutions to keep operations flowing freely.

• Tech-Savvy Star: You'll wield the power of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to keep track of inventory and orders, ensuring perfect stock accuracy.

What We're Looking For: Your Essential Plumbing

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience, preferably with a leadership twist.

• Leadership skills that would make a Roman emperor proud.

• Communication and organisational skills sharper than a brand new tap.

• The ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure (we're talking deadlines, not leaky pipes!).

• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy (no room for misplaced fittings here!).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (because spreadsheets are your secret weapon!).

• A working knowledge of WMS is a definite plus.

• A valid forklift truck license (e.g., counterbalance or reach truck) is the cherry on top of this career opportunity!

Shifts Available: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (Weekly Rotation - Week 1 07:30 - 16:00 & Week 2 11:00 - 19:30)
