Job Opportunity: Imagery Producer / Image Coordinator (CGI)
Location: Leyland HQ (PR26)
Do you have a passion for high-end digital production?
We are are looking for a highly organised, driven Imagery Producer (CGI) to lead the production engine of our homeware and bathroom visualisations. Working within our specialist CGI sub-team at our Leyland HQ on a full-time permanent basis, you will be the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring our digital assets are world-class, on-brand, and delivered with precision.
The Role
This isn't a hands-on 3D software role; it is a high-level coordination and production role. You will own the journey from the moment an art direction is signed off until the final, polished image goes live on our website.
You will manage the flow of product data, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and translate "creative feel" into technical instructions for 3D artists. Your goal is to keep the production line moving at pace without ever compromising on the "inspirational" quality our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of premium CGI stills, creating robust schedules and holding the team accountable to critical paths.
The Technical Bridge: Translate "client-speak" (e.g., "make it moodier") into specific technical feedback for artists (e.g., "adjust the HDRI" or "increase texture roughness").
Asset Coordination: Manage a high-volume flow of product samples, CAD data, and reference images to ensure 3D models are hyper-accurate and ready for launch.
Workflow Oversight: Maintain an organised central repository of all CGI assets, from "clay renders" and material approvals to final lifestyle compositions.
Operational Efficiency: Support the development of modular styling sets, allowing us to showcase 50+ product variations within a single, high-quality digital environment.
What We Are Looking For
You will be a "finisher" who thrives on detail and organisation. You should have:
Production Expertise: Solid experience in commercial image production (CGI or photography) and a clear understanding of the 3D visualisation pipeline.
Project Management Mastery: Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana to manage complex resource allocation.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with 3D terminology (rendering, texturing, post-production) and the ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists.
Commercial Drive: A problem-solving mindset that balances the need for "creative space" with the reality of commercial deadlines and product launch dates.
A Collaborative Spirit: The confidence to influence stakeholders and remain calm under the pressure of a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Why Join Us?
You will be a key player in one of the UK’s most successful ecommerce brands. This role offers the chance to manage cutting-edge CGI projects at scale, working within a supportive team that sits at the intersection of retail, design, and technology.
Salary: Up to £42k PA
